Thomas Aufleger
Massage Therapist
Thomas is a registered massage therapist with a unique background, having transitioned from being a varsity basketball player to becoming a Triathlete. He attended post grad from several institutions, including St. Lawrence College (Fitness & Health), York University (Kinesiology/Global Health), Carleton University (Cognitive Science), and the International Academy of Applied Health (Massage Therapy). Furthermore, he is a certified Mobility Specialist in FRC (Functional Range Conditioning) and has been working as a personal trainer since 2017. Additionally, he is on track to obtain certification in (FST) fascial stretch therapy by December 2023.

His therapeutic approach is firmly rooted in movement and involves working muscles through their full range of motion. By employing deep tissue and manipulation techniques, he seamlessly integrates his extensive training in movement and joint specialization. This unique approach enables him to offer clients highly functional massages, often resulting in improved range of motion, which may have been challenging for them to achieve previously.
